Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ance, we are committed to providing premium performance footwear and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn footwear within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.

  • Footwear must be returned in its original packaging, including the shoebox.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the United States.

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style, we recommend initiating your exchange promptly to ensure availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We offer two convenient ways to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Through Your Customer Account (Recommended for Faster Processing):

This is the quickest way to request a return or exchange for orders placed while logged into your Ance account.

  • Log in to your account: Go to Account and login using your credentials.
  • Navigate to your orders: Once logged in, go to the "Orders" section.
  • Select the order: Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and click on it.
  • Request a return: Click the "Request return" button (this button will appear for eligible orders).
  • Follow these Steps: Select the items you wish to return, specify the reason, and choose whether you prefer a refund. You will receive further instructions via email regarding shipping your item(s) back you can upload you shipping label manually or let Shopify create a return label for you once done You can click on create return.

2. Via Email:

If you checked out as a guest or prefer to contact us directly:

  • Email us: Send an email to support@ancewear.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  • Include details: In your email, please include your order number, the reason for return or exchange, and whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
  • Follow instructions: Our support team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
