We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn footwear within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
The product must be in new, unused condition.
Footwear must be returned in its original packaging, including the shoebox.
Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the United States.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
